Hop Dog IPA – Returning Soon!
6.1% ~ 78 IBUs
A true summer IPA, citrusy while classic, this IPA is brewed with west coast hops with a Citra addition. Very drinkable during these hot summer days without any lingering sticky bitterness.
Pronounced “Goh-Zuh Rosa”, we took our Comfort Zone gose and added six pounds of pureed blackberries! The blackberries gave the kettle sour brew a pink hew, similar to the color of a rosé wine. Very easy and tasty drinking!
Roadrunner Red Ale
5.7% ~ 40 IBUs
An English-California hybrid red, an auburn/mahogany color with a deep flavor!
5.2% ~ 20 IBUs
The Desert Wheat Ale’s wicket step-child, this version is brewed with Mexican Serrano peppers and Hatch green chile peppers from New Mexico. Not too spicy, but definitely has the chile pepper flavor on the back-end.

Originally called “Harry Porter”, which had a good ring, but didn’t make much sense. An English Brown Porter, this honey porter is brewed with wildflower honey and chocolate malt.
Public Enemy Imperial Stout
8.8% ~ 72 IBUs
Complex, but well balanced, the aroma has hints of dates and raisins with flavors of toffee, coffee, chocolate, and roasted barley. Big flavor with a medium body.
8% – 40 IBU
An English Strong Ale brewed with 50 pounds of brown sugar, much of the sugar fermented away so there’s not much residual sweetness, but there is a nice malty caramel taste that smooths out the high ABV.
5.4% – 44 IBU
A medium-to-light bodied pale ale single hopped with Citra hops (Citra Pale Ale)
Sin ‘n’ Juice
5.6% – 55 IBU
Our first hazy IPA! This New England-Style IPA was brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops, which complement the body and offer a juicy mouthfeel.
University 4 – Kolsch
4.8% – 21 IBU
A clean and crisp kolsch brewed with noble hops and pilsner malt. Let’s hope our university comes out of this decable as clean as this kolsch!
