Roadrunner Red Ale

An English-California hybrid red, an auburn/mahogany color with a deep flavor!

The Desert Wheat Ale’s wicket step-child, this version is brewed with Mexican Serrano peppers and Hatch green chile peppers from New Mexico. Not too spicy, but definitely has the chile pepper flavor on the back-end.

An American spiced brown ale brewed with Mexican piloncillo brown sugar, Mexican cinnamon sticks, and Mexican vanilla! Our answer to the usual fall pumpkin seasonal brews that pop up this time of year.

Originally called “Harry Porter”, which had a good ring, but didn’t make much sense. An English Brown Porter, this honey porter is brewed with wildflower honey and chocolate malt.
Public Enemy Imperial Stout

Complex, but well balanced, the aroma has hints of dates and raisins with flavors of toffee, coffee, chocolate, and roasted barley. Big flavor with a medium body.

A medium-to-light bodied pale ale single hopped with Citra hops (Citra Pale Ale)
Ghost Ride the IPA
5.9% ~ 72 IBU
A west-coast style IPA brewed with Simcoe and Citra, golden hazy in color and very grapefruity!
University 4 – Kolsch
4.8% – 21 IBU
A clean and crisp kolsch brewed with noble hops and pilsner malt. Let’s hope our university comes out of this decable as clean as this kolsch!
A belgian-style wheat made with ground mesquite pod and Sonora White Wheat, this is a complex and unique brew that is medium-bodied and flavorful.
